Company History

Feb.1998 : The Company establised as private limited company in Yokohama with

                  paid up capital JPY3,000,000-

Apr.1998 : The Company commenced its physical operation and received an order

                  of company's 1st NB supervision work for 6,700DWT Chemical tanker

                  IMO type III.

Oct.1998 : Received an order of the company's 1st Ship technical management

                  business.

Nov.2001: Received an order of the Full management business

July 2002 : Incresed Capital to JPY10,000,000.- and changed organization of the

                 Company to incorporated company.

Dec.2010 : Acquired approval of ISO 9001 : 2008 for Inspection supervision and

                  management service of new construction of ships by LRQA.

Mar.2012 : Acquired approval of ISO 9001 : 2008 for Ship management services

                  by N.K.
